Reading about the Spanish Flu - Thought this was relevant bc you may have heard about this in the news lately and besides its fitting with everything else going on currently. Please read the article & watch the short video at the beginning.
Spanish Flu Assignment
Watch the 58 min Spanish Flu Video We Heard the Bells. After the video I want you to create a google doc and you are going to share it with me : sderose23@gmail.com. In this assignment, you are going to write about how this epidemic is similar to the virus that is going around the world currently. Then you are going to write about how they are different. This assignment should be at least one page in length, 1.5 spaced.

Monday 3/30: WWI & Friday's Spanish Flu
Good morning, afternoon, or evening.. Wanted to keep you posted on a some changes coming our way..
1) For now on, every Monday & Wednesday morning, I will post the items on the blog for the week. I will keep Friday open for office hours, checking email, zoom meetings, etc.. I will also update grades on Friday's.

Friday 3/27: World War I - Spanish Flu
Good morning everyone, I am posting our next Unit - World War I. We will examine this from the United States perspective and take a look at significant battles during the entire war.

Monday 3/23: E-LEARNING!!
Well everyone, let me first start off this process by saying relax, breathe, & we are all in this together. I am not going to do a lot of crazy things. I will keep it simple and as close to in class like as possible. (minus the boys playing that dumb killing game) So with that said, I will need you to check the blog by 10:00 am daily to see what we are doing for class.
